Customer Service Representative – Phone Ninja / ServiceTitan Jedi (Full-Time) Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company – St. Louis, MO $18–$24 an hour + Bonus | Full-Time | In-Person Are you a phone-answering pro with a knack for making people smile — even when their toilet isn’t? We’re growing fast and looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us continue delivering 5‑star service. If you love structured workdays, solving problems, and talking to customers who just want someone who gets it — we want to meet you. Bonus points if you already know ServiceTitan (our software of choice), but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. Schedule Full‑time: Monday–Friday

7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

No weekends, no nights, and no surprises. Just a solid, reliable schedule. Compensation & Benefits $18–$24 per hour (based on experience and skills) and weekly BONUS! Paid holidays and paid time off Consistent hours in a friendly, supportive environment Training provided (especially if you’re new to ServiceTitan) Fun team culture, occasional snacks, and the occasional dog visit (seriously) Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude Schedule service appointments quickly and accurately in ServiceTitan Communicate with internal team members to keep jobs flowing smoothly Outbound calls to our members (they’re the best!)
