Responsibilities 24 Hour Inhouse Shifts Level II and IV NICU care Prefer local candidates within commute Seeking ongoing per diem coverage partnership Qualifications Current APRN National Specialty Certification Minimum of a Master's Degree Experience in Hospital NICU Level II and III Active WA License in Good Standing Benefits and Compensation Pay Range (Hourly Pay) : $72.00 - $94.00/hr based on years of experience. Health Insurance : Not offered for Per Diem role. Other Benefits : Sick Pay Bank; Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Retirement Benefits : Not offered. Paid Time Off : Not offered. Paid Sick Leave : Paid sick leave under Initiative 1433. Accrual of 1 hour per 30 hours worked; accrual begins upon hire; not usable until 90th day; no annual cap; carry over up to 108 hours.
