Client Services Associate

Client Services Associate This position is primarily responsible for general client maintenance and service for existing high net worth clients as well as the on-boarding process for establishing new relationships. The incumbent provides the highest quality of service to every client, both external and internal, all while ensuring strict adherence to procedures and regulatory compliance. This position is a key role within the Advisory Businesses, either for Private Banking or Wealth Management. Primary Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management - Serve as an additional point of contact for high-net-worth clients. Proactively manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Coordinate with sales team to prepare for client meetings, including compiling reports and documentation. Performs front office transaction processing, research and maintenance for the regional book of business. Reviews and acts on daily activity and work queues. Monitor and resolve service issues, often involving coordination with internal departments (e.g., compliance, operations). Prepares reports as needed for sales team members and upper management and helps to coordinate client events. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
