Description CERTIFIED ADDICTIONS COUNSELOR - Albany Care, Evanston, IL Albany Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Certified Addictions Counselor.
