Responsibilities Manage and support clinical practice and patient care delivery. Plan for and manage human, fiscal and other resources. Support compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Participate in and ensure support for quality improvement. Participate in and ensure support for patient and employee safety programs. Participate in and ensure support for efforts to foster and strengthen the patient experience. Job Requirements Required Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Minnesota Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association PALS, NRP and TNCC required within one (1) year of hire.
