About the Role We’re looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our award-winning Landscape Maintenance division—someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a long-term home where they can make a real impact. As a family-owned business with deep roots in the community, this isn’t a “build it and sell it” environment. We’re focused on long-term success, strong relationships, and doing things the right way. In this role, you’ll help guide a well-established, high-performing operation while continuing to build on a legacy of quality, service, and trust. You’ll be leading a team that supports over 800 active customers and 100+ employees (including seasonal team members), working across multiple departments. You won’t be starting from scratch—this is a stable, successful operation with a strong foundation and a team that takes pride in their work. As part of a larger organization of 230+ employees across Central Virginia, you’ll be stepping into a leadership role within one of the region’s most diverse and respected horticulture companies.
