We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward. Role Scope Run a fabrication shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour. Lead operators and welders directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor. Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses. Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, lockout-tagout respected, 5S held. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. You've held a shift to takt and communicated clearly when it broke. Your crews are safe on your watch and can say why. You coach on the spot and document when it matters.
