Commercial Project Manager – Lead $1M to $10M Regional Developments

Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $90,000 to $105,000 per year

• Project Scope: $1M to $10M Commercial Projects (Healthcare and Industrial)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a primary client liaison and leader driving commercial construction projects from initial award to final execution. You will direct all aspects of project scope, quality, and budget while establishing strong relationships with key owners and trade partners. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead project progress meetings and represent the company during client sales presentations.
• Direct all construction phases to ensure client objectives, scope, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Negotiate and award contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to maximize project efficiency.
• Manage project team members by providing positive motivation, coaching, and constructive feedback.
• Maintain safety protocols on site to ensure a secure working environment for all crews.
• Proactively resolve emerging job-site problems with clients, designers, and internal team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of general contracting project management experience on commercial builds.
• Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects valued from $1M to $10M.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with construction management software.
• High level of proficiency in oral and written business communication.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or 4 years equivalent experience).
• Direct project experience within the healthcare or industrial commercial sectors.
• Demonstrated experience with Procore project management software or an equivalent system.
• Established client and subcontractor relationships within the Pittsburgh area market.
