Title: Planogram Coordinator

Location: Woonsocket, RI
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work arrangement: Onsite 2–3 days/week (onsite as needed)
Pay rate: $26.40
Education: HS diploma / GED required

Position Summary

This role reviews, proofs, and distributes store-facing planogram communications—including new item introductions and discontinued item notices—so stores can execute merchandising updates accurately and on time. They want someone who can hit the ground running and has strong Adobe experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, proofread, and quality-check planogram communications before release
• Ensure communications are clear, accurate, and consistent
• Coordinate release of:
• • planogram updates
  • “new item” notices
  • discontinued item communications
• Translate planogram content into clear, actionable store instructions
• Partner with Merchandising / Store Ops / Marketing to confirm content + timelines
• Maintain version control and ensure stores receive correct communication packets
• Use Adobe tools to review/annotate/support updates to materials
• Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workflow
• Use MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking/reporting/comms

Required Skills / Experience

• 3+ years in coordination, marketing ops, merchandising support (or similar)
• Adobe required (Acrobat; Illustrator or InDesign a plus)
• Strong written communication + attention to detail
• Able to manage priorities with minimal supervision
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel/SharePoint/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint)
• Quick learner / minimal ramp-up

Preferred

• Planogram literacy (major plus) / planogram design experience
• Retail / merchandising / pharmacy / CPG background
• Experience supporting large store networks or field comms teams
