GFEBS Help Desk Analyst - Role Description

The GFEBS Help Desk Analyst provides expertise across all GFEBS modules, focusing on Spending Chain execution and cross-functional financial operations. The analyst supports end-to-end processing of PRs, POs, G-Invoicing, MIPRs, Sales Orders, Direct Charge/Direct Cite actions, Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt, and Reimbursable/Sales Distribution transactions to ensure accurate GL postings, compliant financial execution, and audit-ready data.

General support requirements include:

· Support all GFEBS functional modules and processes, including Funds Management, Financial Management, Accounting, Reimbursable/Sales Distribution, Spending Chain, G-Invoicing, MIPRs, Sales Orders, and Direct Charge/Direct Cite.

· Manage end-to-end Spending Chain activities, including the PR/PO lifecycle, Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt, ULO/UMT resolution, Direct Cite/Direct Charge validation, and intergovernmental transactions.

· Reconcile AP, AR, FM, and GL data across systems to ensure accurate financial execution and audit-ready data integrity.

· Monitor and track IDoc interface errors involving DTS, AXOL, Contracts, G-Invoicing, and other partner systems through resolution.

· Support Project Systems (PS), Cost Management (CO), GRC/security role provisioning, and SoD monitoring.

· Validate Vendor Master Data, maintain master data alignment, and verify transaction accuracy, completeness, and auditability.

· Create ECC queries, BI reports, and BOBJ analytics for financial reporting, discrepancy resolution, and audit findings.

· Deliver GFEBS help desk support, triage Remedy/ServiceNow tickets, and escalate complex issues to GFEBS O&S and reach-back teams.

· Investigate and troubleshoot interface issues, IDoc failures, CIT errors, funding mismatches, and posting discrepancies across systems.

· Create mission-specific SOPs, workflows, and job aids, and deliver scheduled and ad hoc GFEBS user training.

· Ensure all transactions satisfy audit requirements, DoD financial regulations, and GFEBS financial standards.

General Role Requirements & Qualifications

· Strong GFEBS technical and help desk support skills, including resolving user issues and managing ticket workflows.

· Must live locally in Bethesda, MD, or be able to commute to the client site.

· Must be a U.S. citizen with an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

· Salary range: $85K–$130K, based on experience.
