We are looking for individuals with the drive and desire to join our team and help us continue to grow.Summary: As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for preparing components for the molding process, operating a molding press on our epoxy molding production line, and ensuring the highest level of quality in all parts produced.Essential FunctionsMaintain accurate production paperwork (work orders)Enter information into the computer systemPrepare components for the molding processInspect components prior to moldingLoad multiple components into the moldStart and monitor the molding cycleUnload parts from the mold upon completionInspect, de-flash, and patch molded partsPack and label completed partsPerform all other duties as assignedRequirementsPrior production experience is a plusBasic computer skills requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times a dayAbility to stand for the majority of the shiftProficiency in operating small handheld toolsAbility to visually inspect machined parts and gauge them using various handheld gaugesCapability to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory settingAvailability for overtime hours, including mandatory Saturday shiftsMust be at least 18 years oldShift Details1st Shift is M-TH, 4X10 hour shifts, 6:30a-5:00p. All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.
