Title: Endpoint Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Nashville TN (This role is primarily remote and onsite as needed)


Contract: Long term contract (12+ months) with potential for extensions or fulltime conversion


Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 / hourly rate (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Windows Remediation: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows endpoints.
• O365 Management: Administer and support Office 365 environments.
• Endpoint Management: Manage and maintain endpoint devices, ensuring they are secure and up-to-date.
• AWS Integration: Assist with the integration and management of AWS services.
• Account Provisioning: Provision new user accounts and manage access controls.
• MS Intune: Push updates and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Triage Support: Assist with triage and resolution of support tickets.
• Equipment Provisioning: Provision and manage IT equipment for new and existing employees.
• Scripting: Utilize scripting skills to automate tasks and improve efficiency (a plus).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Windows endpoint management and remediation.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Intune for device management.
• Ability to provision and manage user accounts and IT equipment.
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
