About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urgent Care Physician to join our growing team in Roseburg, Oregon. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community.

Position Overview:

• Provide high-quality care in a busy, well-equipped urgent care clinic
• Clinic hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating shifts shared across a supportive clinical team
• Treat a wide variety of acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent concerns
• Streamlined documentation with modern EMR

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $289,239, with bonus potential for wRVUs exceeding 5,419
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Board certified or board eligible in Urgent Care or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Oregon or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort with a broad scope of urgent care cases
