Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:30) or Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) shifts available.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, along with the necessary certifications and licensure. This role requires flexibility to meet the needs of the facility, including call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
• Monitor and manage procedural sedation.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias during procedures.
• Provide care for patients undergoing catheterization procedures.
• Participate in clinical decision-making and treatment planning.
• Respond to emergencies and manage unpredictable patient care situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience.
• Current NY State Registered Nurse License.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Must be available to start on 1/5/2027.
• Travelers living within 50 miles of the facility will be considered local.
