The Team You Will Be Joining A product-driven engineering organization focused on building and scaling API-first digital platforms that power both customer-facing and internal systems across a large-scale residential real estate environment. This team operates within a modern AWS serverless ecosystem, supporting platforms including mobile applications, customer/resident portals, website infrastructure, and internal/external service integrations. You will partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For Designing and developing scalable, API-driven backend services in AWS Building within a serverless architecture (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) Supporting platforms across mobile, web, and enterprise integrations Collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders Translating business requirements into technical solutions Leading initiatives, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers Supporting CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployments, and UAT coordination The Background That Fits 6–8+ years of software engineering experience Strong experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) Backend-heavy development experience (~80% backend focus) Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js Experience with API-driven / microservices architectures Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with CI/CD pipelines Full-stack exposure (React, React Native, GraphQL, TypeScript/JavaScript) Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers #J-18808-Ljbffr AccruePartners
