MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center is looking for a locum pulm critical care physician for PTO/vacation coverage! Details: Shifts per month: one shift per month, meaning one block of dates per month. 7a-7p (in-house) + 7p-7a (off-site call). Average number of ICU patients per day: 13. Total number of beds: 200. Number of ICU beds: 12. Required to supervise other providers: APP supervision. Oversight is minimal as nurse practitioners are able to practice independently. EMR: Cerner. Credentialing timeline: ~30-45 days. Only ICU patients are being seen per day. *Please note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees. Rates needed for submission: Malpractice (must be included in the rates) Orientation hourly (*** rate cap) Holiday Overtime Holiday Overtime Nightly Call (*** rate cap) Holiday Nightly Call On Call (Daily) - (*** rate cap) *** Hour Holiday Call Call Back Holiday Call Back Conversion Fee (***k rate cap). Board certified in pulmonary critical care - required. ACLS, DEA, CSR - required. Active IA license or IMLC - required (not accepting non-licensed candidates).
