About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my master's degree from Kansas State University and was a middle and high school Spanish teacher. My background in education has carried into how I lead my agency today, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development, and helping team members continue to grow. Giving back is an important part of our agency culture. We're very involved with local schools through volunteering and donations, and we make it a priority to volunteer together as a team once or twice each year. We also participate in local marketing and community events, giving our team opportunities to build relationships with the people we serve. Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Celia Sandoval - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
