Domino's Pizza in Louisville, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3830 Ruckriegal Pkwy Suite 101 location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a positive and professional attitude
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for operating order-taking systems
• Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
