Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Manage customer service functions including answering phone and email inquiries, processing orders, and providing follow-up support to resolve issues for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Take, enter, and track customer orders accurately.
• Research and troubleshoot complex customer issues to provide effective solutions.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and research capabilities.
• Preferred: Previous customer service, retail, or healthcare experience.
