Overview Love coffee? You’ll love this opportunity. Our Ramsey, NJ store is hiring a FT Barista to join our vibrant Espresso Bar team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where every shift starts with great coffee and welcoming vibes. Responsibilities Be available 18 years or older and maintain weekend and holiday availability (as applicable to the role). Provide friendly, high-quality service with every cup and create a positive customer experience. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure equipment is used safely and properly. Stock supplies to minimize downtime and support efficient service. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a server or barista. Excellent listening and communication skills. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is required. Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages. Must be efficient and organized. Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language. Maintain a clean work environment. Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime. There may be a need to frequently position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Usually in a comfortable indoor environment surrounded by moving machinery and loud equipment; may require shouting to be heard.
