The Medical Administrative assistant provides essential front desk and administrative support to ensure daily operation run smooth. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Primary functions:
Greet and check in patients in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments, handle messages and confirm appointments.
Process insurance and verify eligibility.
Answer and direct calls, emails and faxes.
