We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our logistics team in Ridgefield, WA. Position Overview

The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, safety consciousness, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift equipment to move, stack, and organize fragile inventory
- Load and unload trucks with glass bottles, wine bottles, and other delicate products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Follow strict safety protocols for handling fragile goods
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance needs
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Minimum 3+ years of forklift operation experience
- Proven experience handling fragile goods (glass bottles, wine bottles, etc.)
- Valid forklift certification/license
- Strong attention to detail and precision handling
- Excellent safety record with zero tolerance for safety violations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management
- Ability to sit and operate forklift for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for precise handling of fragile materials
- Visual acuity to safely navigate warehouse environment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (warehouse environment)
