Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for middle school students. Deliver specialized instruction tailored to meet each student's unique needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to provide prehensive support. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary to ensure success. Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP goals. Qualifications: Valid Special Education Teaching Certification in North Carolina. Experience working with middle school students is preferred. Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation. Excellent munication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
