About the Role: We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Payroll to lead our payroll & HRIS organization, with a primary focus on managing US Payroll — including regular bi-weekly payroll, off-cycle runs, and incentive payrolls. This role requires deep expertise in US payroll tax to ensure we remain current and compliant across all tax jurisdictions, along with strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets. You will bring a strategic mindset focused on building scalable processes, driving partnership and accountability with key stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Treasury.
