Pay Rate: $25.00/hour (2-year Contract)
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:30pm-6:00am, OT hours if requested
What's a typical day as Material Coordinator? You'll be:
- Coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between departments according to production and shipping schedules
- Compiling and maintaining manual or computerized records
- Reviewing production schedules and related information; conferring with department supervisors to determine material requirements
- Identifying overdue materials and tracking material status
- Reporting to department supervisors and collaborating across departments
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are highly organized and have excellent communication skills (must have)
- Are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office (must have)
- Have experience with SAP, Power BI, or SharePoint (preferred)
- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent (encouraged but not required)
- Are available and committed to working 3rd shift hours
