We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Administrative Account Manager who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do Manage new client implementations and onboarding Coordinate with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and vendor partners Prepare reports and analyze data using Excel Resolve client service issues with professionalism and urgency Help improve processes and enhance the client experience What We’re Looking For Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience Client-facing or account management experience Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or healthcare is a plus—but we’re happy to train someone with the right attitude, organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional service.
