Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Endocrinology Physician, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - North State, a premier multi-specialty group in far Northern California, playing a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive endocrine care within a physician-led, patient-centered practice.

Every day you will provide expert clinical care within a 100% outpatient setting, where quality is emphasized over quantity and collaboration is key. You'll work closely with a dedicated Diabetes Educator and benefit from established referral sources, ensuring a steady panel of patients right from the start. We also offer great opportunities to mentor the next generation of physicians, with options to precept Family Medicine residents. Supported by a local Marketing Representative, you'll find the resources you need to build and maintain a thriving practice while contributing significantly to the health and well-being of the Redding community.

To be successful in this role, you will be a [BC/BE, or Board Certified/Eligible] Endocrinologist with:

• Strong clinical skills in managing endocrine disorders.

• Visa support can be considered for candidates, potentially requiring practice in a nearby visa-eligible location (e.g., Red Bluff, CA, approx. 30 minutes from Redding).

• Base Salary Guarantee ranging from $275,000 - $315,000 / Year.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)

• Active or eligible license in the state of Califorina

• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Redding is truly the "Choose-your-own-adventure" town with two reservoirs just minutes away, the mighty Sacramento River flowing through the center of town, 225 miles of trails within a 15-miles radius, an active musical theater scene, state and national parks, and hunting and fishing opportunities galore. Want to spend the weekend in the city? Sacramento is just over two hours away through easy farmland and the bay area is only about three to four hours from Redding. Want to refresh your spirit by dipping your toes in the ocean? A quick three hour drive takes you through bigfoot country to the northern CA coast. (Bonus points if you drive about 20 minutes farther to explore Jurassic Park - aka Fern Canyon - or the forest moon of Endor - aka Grizzly Creek SP.)
