Marketing associate- plays a crucial role in promoting the emergency room’s services and engaging with the community. This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and interpersonal skills to effectively execute marketing strategies and events. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Development: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote ER services. Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences. Community Engagement: Coordinate and participate in community events to raise awareness about ER services. Build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and healthcare providers. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling. Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Event Planning: Organize and execute promotional events, health fairs, and community outreach programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event goals align with overall strategy. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community events. Prepare reports for management on engagement metrics and campaign performance.
