Location: Amherst, NY

Pay: $20–$26/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and small-part assembly under a microscope

• Assemble and test advanced electronic and sensor products

• Conduct inspections, calibration, and quality checks

• Use precision tools such as multimeters, calipers, and micrometers

• Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings

• Accurately document work and report any defects or discrepancies

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in an ESD-controlled environment

✅ Qualifications

• Experience soldering small electronic components preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods

• Comfortable reading technical instructions and documentation

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)

• Vocational or BOCES training in electronics or manufacturing

• Experience with fine-pitch or microscope soldering

• Experience in electronics, sensors, or regulated manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with testing and inspection equipment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $26.00/hr.
