Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,183–$1,291 per week Contract duration: 22–26 weeks through holidays Shift: Evenings; Part-Time (2x8s or 3x8s weekly) Start date: 08/18/2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility; travel assignment Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Nursing – LTC, oversee the operation of nursing units and provide clinical supervision to staff on assigned units Ensure quality resident care through teaching and supervision of staff on respective shifts Communicate with the Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Manager about identified and potential unit problems; collaborate to resolve issues In the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator, make sound administrative decisions within the defined scope of responsibility; coordinate with leadership during off-shift/weekends Foster collaboration with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services, and residents/families; model professional behavior under pressure Maintain familiarity with NYSDOH requirements; demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ensure computer literacy for documentation and reporting Requirements Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure (active required) BLS certification (American Heart Association or RQI system) Minimum 1 year nursing experience in long-term care with supervisor/clinical lead experience across multiple units (not limited to a single unit) Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred CPI certification obtained within 90 days of hire Ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff and operate in a skilled nursing facility environment Benefits and Support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate start Scheduling and assignment coordination support Ongoing assignment support and resources through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Payment Disclaimer Rule Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
