You'll handle the day to day financial operations across multiple operating and investment entities, everything from journal entries to commission processing, while working closely with brokers, property managers, and clients on a regular basis.

Job Details

What You'll Do

• Code, review, and submit accounts payable weekly
• Review and post all incoming receivables daily
• Generate invoices and lien waivers from brokers, clients, and title companies
• Calculate and process broker commissions per agreed upon rates
• Track daily activity across bank and lockbox accounts
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations for operating and investment entities
• Prepare monthly intercompany invoices and manage reimbursements
• Draft monthly client reimbursement invoices
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements for AP posting
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process
• Help gather documentation for annual audits
• Take on ad hoc reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong command of Microsoft Office
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Comfortable picking up new software quickly
• organized, detail oriented, and able to juggle priorities
• Works well on a team but doesn't need hand holding
• Trustworthy with confidential information
