Position Overview

We are looking for a devoted and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our team of dynamic imaging experts dedicated to delivering extraordinary care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound assessments, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout procedures, taking the time to explain each step with empathy and clarity.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to yield top-notch diagnostic images.
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment, alerting the team of any malfunctions.
• Keep meticulous records of procedures and maintain accurate patient documentation within our electronic healthcare system.
• Engage in continuous education to remain abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices.

Education Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline.
• Preference for candidates who have completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program.

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or its equivalent.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred.
