We're hiring a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who wants competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while making a difference in an underserved community.

You'll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and comprehensive patient care. Family Medicine physicians will have the opportunity to treat adults and sick children ages five and older, while Internal Medicine physicians can focus on adult patients. You'll enjoy clinical autonomy while working alongside an established, collaborative healthcare team.

What makes you a great fit

• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You hold an active Virginia medical license or are eligible to obtain one
• You are eligible for prescribing privileges in Virginia
• You're comfortable diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions

• You're confident practicing independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $180,000–$240,000 annually
