Hiring a Family Law Attorney in Dallas, TX

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing law firm in Dallas, Texas that is looking to add a Family Law Attorney to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys handling meaningful, client-focused work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, and modifications
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal agreements
• Provide strategic counsel and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of family law experience
• Active Texas Bar license (required)
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $230,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
