Additional responsibilities include:/pulliMail Operations - Sort deliver incoming mail according to established procedures/liliShipping/Receiving Services - Receive scan in/out overnight packages/liliReception coverages as needed - smiling and greeting clients visitors, answering phones and directing calls to appropriate personnel/liliMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude/liliSetup conference rooms for meetings, maintain site common areas, including kitchen/break-rooms to ensure areas are cleaned (ie - unload/load dishwasher, setup water and coffee for meetings, etc)/liliAdhere to safety, security and business procedure guidelines/liliProvide support on an as needed basis to assigned locations in Houston, Kingwood, and The Woodlands areas and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pThe qualifications of the On-call (Part Time) Mail Services Associate team member must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in customer service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career.
