Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient requirements and devise bespoke therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver holistic patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapy practices that encourage continued progress outside the clinical setting
• Track Progress and Optimize Treatment: Monitor patient development and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuous education or post-graduate certification is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
