Inside Sales Representative

Reports To: Inside Sales Manager Location: Vernon Hills, IL Job Type: Full-time Work Environment: Hybrid Salary: $25.00/hour - $33.00/hour, plus commission Department: Sales Job Summary You will be part of an experienced high‑energy team dedicated to customer and employee satisfaction. You will handle day‑to‑day Activity for Account Representatives, driving partner relationships, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of products, and increasing customer renewals. This role requires strong product knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to identify and develop new opportunities for growth within assigned regions. Key Responsibilities Maintain a deep understanding of company products and communicate relevant features and functionality to unassigned customers based on their specific business needs. Increase customer renewals by conducting regular check‑in calls, providing status updates, and performing strategic business reviews to align objectives and outcomes. Develop territory action plans for establishing new partner relationships. Coordinate closely with the assigned Business Development Manager on large opportunities to ensure a successful close. Identify specific accounts within the assigned region to focus on and develop.
