Job Locations US | US‑TX‑El Paso Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Equivalent experience in a construction‑related position will also be considered. Must be willing to travel and relocate. Project sites are located domestically and internationally, so relocation and/or travel are required. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in related CQC management construction projects. In addition, must have at least 2 Federal Design Build Projects. Served as the Construction Quality Control Manager on at least 2 projects with a construction value of $10 million or more. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognise discrepancies. Strong work ethic – willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide‑ranging climates and environments. Responsibilities Develop, maintain and verify the implementation of the quality programmes for the Project, together with oversight of the implementation of programmes/plans for the direct‑hire work and subcontractor. Manage and coordinate quality activities associated with field engineering procurement, construction, testing and commissioning within the Project scope. Maintain client liaison and communication for the Project’s quality activities, as directed by the Project Manager. Review, audit and survey quality activities across the Project’s direct‑hire execution and subcontractors, and advise and report to management on quality problems and progress within the Project.
