Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Roanoke, VA or Irving, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. This contractor will support lending capabilities within wholesale operations and will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges
• Facilitate project meetings
• Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
• Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to find solutions
• Serve as a liaison with leadership as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or project/product delivery experience
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Desired skills:

• Operations experience
• LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
• Ability to work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour
