Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) Cardinal Kids Program Join Carolina Caring's Cardinal Kids team and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. Carolina Caring is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardinal Kids Pediatric Hospice & Palliative Care Program. In this role, you will provide exceptional, family-centered hospice and palliative nursing care to pediatric patients throughout the counties we serve. As a Pediatric RN, you will coordinate care, develop individualized care plans, and perform comprehensive nursing assessments to ensure comfort, dignity, and the highest quality of life for each child and their family. You will anticipate and assist with symptom management, including pain control, while providing compassionate support throughout every stage of the patient's journey. A key aspect of this position is educating and supporting families while collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, chaplains, child life specialists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless continuity of care across multiple settings. The Pediatric RN will also contribute to both formal and informal education for interdisciplinary team members to enhance the quality of patient care.
