ERP Project Manager

Support the Senior Implementation Project Manager in coordinating all phases of the ERP implementation across planning, execution, and multi-wave rollout Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned ERP implementation workstreams within the global ERP program Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables Facilitate workstream meetings, workshops, and project reviews Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions Monitor project performance and drive accountability for task completion Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates Partner with functional leaders to define requirements and validate solutions Lead User Acceptance Testing activities, including planning, execution oversight, defect management, and completion readiness Manage readiness activities for data migration, process validation, training, cutover, and go-live Collaborate with external implementation partners, subject matter experts, and IT Ensure project documentation and deliverables comply with PMO standards and governance requirements Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, business systems implementation, or related role Experience supporting or managing workstreams within cross-functional enterprise projects Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification preferred Experience participating in ERP implementation projects preferred Experience with Infor Baan/LN or Infor CloudSuite LN preferred Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial technology environments preferred Experience supporting global or multi-site deployments preferred Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in ERP implementation project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of workstreams.
