Job Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with project managers to monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• 3+ years of experience on multifamily construction projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsiblities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
