Pay Range: $62-72/hour

School Occupational Therapist OT | Up to $72/hour | Auburn, WA | Full-Time Hours | 2026-2027 School Year | Middle School and Elementary School Caseload

• Middle School and Elementary School
• Full Time - Starting Sept. 9, 2026 for the entire school year
• 1.0 FTE, M-F

About the Role: Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K12 school setting in Auburn, WA. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools.

What You'll Do:

• Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
• Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Adapt materials and environments to improve student access

What We're Looking For:

• Active (or eligible) Washington State OT license
• ESA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
