Job Summary

PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES $23.06/HR, UNION POSITION.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Service
• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
• Understands content of menu
• Always exceed guest expectations
• Adheres to location appearance guidelines
• Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests
• Responds to guest needs and requests
• Ensures food quality and timeliness

• Controls
• Communicates guest issues to management
• Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines
• Follows responsible alcohol service policies
• Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
• Maintains service areas
• Employs good safety and sanitation practices
• Thoroughly completes all station setup and breakdown responsibilities
• Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook

• Team
• Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
• Always on time and ready to perform required duties
• Helps fellow team members whenever necessary

Job Requirements:

• Lifts and transports up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area
• English reading, writing and math skills required
• Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
• Walks and stands during entire shift

Proposed Skills, Qualifications, and Abilities:

• Able to lift and transport up to 100 pounds
• Able to move and change kegs and operate draft system
• Able to navigate concourse/work areas with guest safety in mind
• Able to maintain warehouse/commissary cleanliness
• Acts with sense of urgency and able perform in a high paced environment
• Displays a positive and professional demeanor/communication towards fellow staff and management
• Strong organizational skills
