We're working with a mid sized CPA firm with 2 offices. They're looking for a Trust & Estates Tax Principal or Partner to take the reins of an existing, profitable practice.

Their partner is planning retirement, so there's a genuine opportunity to step in, take ownership and shape what comes next.

And unlike some larger firms, you won't need approval from 6 committees to make a decision.

You'll have the freedom to grow the division, become the firm's recognised authority on Trust & Estates and have a proper say in where the business goes.

Heavily experienced working in a public accounting firm, with a focus on trusts and estates.

This isn't about leaving a larger firm because you're unhappy. You might be perfectly happy.
