About the Role Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable. Billing and Insurance: Manage the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies. Resident Registration: Coordinate patient registration, including verifying patient demographic information and updating electronic medical records. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards. Staff Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance. Requirements Experience and training in skilled nursing accounting preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical records and billing software High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred Pay Range Pay rate is based off of experience.
