Senior Human Resources Generalist

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in Fort Worth, TX. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role will serve as a key partner to leaders and employees across the corporate office while also supporting a growing population of employees in Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR operations. About the Role Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees on a wide range of people-related matters. Responsibilities Lead employee relations investigations and provide guidance on performance management and workplace concerns Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices Manage recruiting activities, including ATS administration, interviewing, and onboarding support Partner with leadership on organizational and workforce planning initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation requirements, and HR policies Support HR operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Provide HR support for U.S. employees and assist with Canadian HR matters Qualifications Experience supporting employees in Canada (required) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience Experience creating and implementing HR policies and processes Recruiting and ATS management experience Knowledge of workers' compensation, OSHA, compliance, and HR operations Preferred Skills Manufacturing industry experience PHR or SHRM-CP certification Pay range and compensation package Competitive compensation package including bonus opportunity Equal Opportunity Statement If you're a proactive HR professional who enjoys influencing culture, improving processes, and partnering with business leaders, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
