Transit Outreach Specialist: Housing & Health Navigator

BRC

BRC is seeking an Outreach Specialist for its Transit Homeless Outreach program in New York City. The role is field-based, full-time, and involves engaging with individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, providing hands-on support, assessments, and referrals to housing and related services. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel across boroughs. #J-18808-Ljbffr brc
