Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Goshen, Indiana (Fully Onsite) Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Goshen, Indiana. This role is ideal for a disciplined accounting professional who thrives in a high-volume, multi-entity environment and has hands‑on experience managing foreign exchange and international AP transactions. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a laid‑back and collaborative office culture. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume accounts payable transactions across multiple entities accurately and efficiently Manage domestic and international vendor payments, including foreign exchange transactions and currency conversions Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain accurate AP records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Assist with month‑end close activities, accruals, and reporting support Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and invoice inquiries Monitor payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements and avoid late fees Support process improvements and maintain organized AP documentation Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of Accounts Payable experience required Proven experience handling foreign exchange/international AP transactions required Experience working in high-volume AP environments with multiple entities Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail Self‑motivated, dependable, and disciplined work ethic Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel preferred Work Environment Fully onsite position located in Goshen, Indiana Laid‑back, team‑oriented environment with a strong focus on accountability and accuracy Stable organization with collaborative leadership and supportive coworkers Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hour based on experience Full‑time opportunity with long‑term stability Benefits package available based on company eligibility offerings #J-18808-Ljbffr
