Location: We are located in Parker, CO. and serve the entire Denver Front Range.
Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Commission Only (10%–15% of Total Contract) Average roofing contract is between $22k and $28k.

About the Role:
Eagle Eye Renovations is seeking motivated, self-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our storm response team. This is a door-to-door, commission-only role focused on identifying and selling roofing projects after hail storms. If you're a hustler who thrives outside the office, this is your opportunity to earn big!

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors in hail-affected areas to generate leads

• Conduct roof inspections and document storm damage

• Educate homeowners on insurance claims and our roofing solutions

• Close contracts and manage relationships through the build process

NO PRODUCTION OR JOB MANAGEMENT! Get paid 1/2 the commission when the job is approved, and remaining balance upon customer final payment. No more waiting months to get paid!
